Role Overview

Photo & Video Content Creator

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photos and videos for digital marketing, social media, and promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop creative concepts and storyboards.
• Capture behind-the-scenes content, client testimonials, product showcases, and event coverage.
• Edit photos and videos with attention to color grading, transitions, music, and pacing that align with Sterling Cloudworks’ brand aesthetic.
• Maintain and organize digital media assets.
• Stay up to date with trends in visual storytelling, social media formats, and content creation tools.

Requirements

• Proven experience in photography and videography (portfolio required).
• Proficiency with photo/video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar).
• Basic understanding of lighting, composition, and sound.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in social media content creation and short-form video (Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
• Knowledge of motion graphics or animation.
• Drone videography experience (optional).
