Key Responsibilities: Job Summary: We are seeking a highly creative and skilled designer proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and AI-driven tools, with strong expertise in graphic/textile design and GenZ fashion silhouettes. The candidate will develop innovative prints, tech packs, and embroidery aligned with current trends, while contributing to market analysis and brand growth. Key Responsibilities: Create trend-driven designs and GenZ-relevant ethnic fusion silhouettes. Develop tech packs including graphics, prints, embroidery, and silhouettes for production. Stay updated on fashion trends and competitor activities to guide design strategy. Assist in projects, team meetings, presentations, and reporting. Follow company policies and seek continuous improvement through feedback and training. Communicate effectively within the team and across departments. Skills & Qualifications: Expertise in Illustrator, Photoshop, and AI design tools. Strong creative vision aligned with GenZ and ethnic fusion fashion. Proficient in graphic, textile, and embroidery design. Experience in tech pack creation and market/competitive analysis. Excellent communication, teamwork, and adaptability. Should have minimum 6 months of career gap at present
