Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Phlebotomist to join our healthcare team in India. The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of experience in blood collection and handling, with a commitment to providing excellent patient care. This role involves collecting blood samples, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining strict adherence to health protocols.

Responsibilities

Collect blood samples from patients using appropriate techniques and equipment.
Ensure patient comfort and safety during the blood collection process.
Label and document blood samples accurately for laboratory analysis.
Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of phlebotomy equipment and work area.
Communicate effectively with patients, addressing any concerns or questions.
Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures.
Assist in the training of new phlebotomists and support staff.
Participate in quality control and assurance activities.

Skills and Qualifications

Diploma or certification in Phlebotomy or related field.
Basic knowledge of human anatomy and blood collection techniques.
