About the Role

We’re a skin clinic-attached pharmacy seeking a detail-oriented Pharmacy Cashier/Biller to handle front-counter billing, payment collection, and invoice accuracy. This role is strictly billing only (no medicine dispensing) to maintain segregation of duties and reduce errors.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate accurate, itemized invoices in POS (GST, batch & expiry captured).
• Collect payments (cash/UPI/cards), issue receipts, and manage the cash drawer.
• Maintain daily reports: sales summary, voids/no-sale/refunds, discounts.
• Coordinate with Pharmacist/Dispenser for corrections; escalate anomalies immediately
• Provide courteous customer service
• Keep the billing area organized; safeguard POS, cash, and confidential data.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 1+ year pharmacy billing experience (retail or hospital).
• Hands-on with POS/billing software (barcode scanning, batch/expiry, GST).
• Strong numeracy, cash handling accuracy, and reconciliation discipline.
• Ability to read prescriptions for billing names/strengths (no substitution decisions).
• Basic computer skills (billing, printing, UPI apps).
• Willingness to work in CCTV-monitored, process-driven setup.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
