Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Literature Monitoring:

Track and review all valid and invalid literature hits.
Maintain a weekly literature hits matrix and reconcile literature data.

2. Literature Screening:

Screen, evaluate, and review literature articles to identify valid/potential ICSRs for processing.
Procure full-text articles or translations as required.

3. ICSR Case Processing:

Booking/triage/data entry of ICSRs in the database, including duplicate checks.
Ensure accurate data entry in the respective database fields, including medical coding, narrative writing, event labeling, report scheduling, and document attachment.

4. Workflow Management:

Manage end-to-end workflows for ICSR case processing.
Maintain trackers for all pharmacovigilance activities.

5. Case Review and Validation:

Perform medical reviews for ICSR cases.
Check valid and invalid cases in SafePhV.

6. Risk Management:

Prepare and update Risk Management Plans (RMP).
