Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pharmacist located in Gaya. The Pharmacist will be responsible for preparing and dispensing medications, providing drug information and guidance to healthcare professionals, patients, and caregivers, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Additionally, the Pharmacist will play a key role in patient care by offering advice on the optimal use of medications and monitoring patient health and progress to achieve the best outcomes.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical care, drug therapy, and clinical pharmacy practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals effectively
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to ensure accurate medication dispensing and patient safety
Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team setting and deliver high-standard patient care
Proficiency in using pharmacy management software and other related technology
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field, and valid pharmacy licensure
Experience in a hospital or clinical pharmacy setting is preferred
