 Ensuring your learning curve is high at all times  Ensuring that customer service is top of the game and as per our standards  Consulting prescriptions and patients  Arranging the medicines in the racks and in medical boxes  Recommending another brand of medicine but of the same molecule to the patient  Answering Customer queries face to face or by Phone  Selling OTC medicines and various offers  Managing of expiry medication  Billing process in computer software  Handling cash in billing counter and deposit in the bank  Monitoring and analyzing the expenditure on drugs, providing reports as required  Conducting accurate weekly audit process  Establishing, developing and maintaining relationship with existing and new customers
