Requirement:
· Pharmacist degree
· Male candidates preferred
· Experience of Min 2 year on call / chats
· Decent phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Identify customer’s needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
· Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
· Outstanding customer service skills and dedication to providing exceptional customer care
· Must be self-motivator and self-starter
· Meet personal/team qualitative and revenue targets
· Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast paced, team environment
· Flexible to work in any shift ( including night shifts ) and 6 days working.
Working Conditions:
· Contact centre environment
· Comfortable to work in flexible shifts
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
