Pharmacist

Role Overview: You will be responsible for maintaining proper inventory of pharmacy, dispensing medication in OP and IP, and handling indents. Ensuring correct dispensing of medicines against OP prescriptions and IP indents will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will be in charge of maintaining the narcotics key and register, conducting daily audits, and overseeing all cash transactions involving OP and IP pharmacy. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain proper inventory of medicines and disposables - Write shortage medicines in corresponding book including bounce items - Conduct daily audits to reduce contra errors and quantity mismatches - Follow escalation matrix with concern doctor/nurses in case of non-availability of drugs - Ensure timely remittance of sales procedure to accounts department - Supervise pharmacy staff to maintain proper registers and perform GRNs - Dispense the right drug, right dose to the right patient with accuracy - Cross-check patient bill, drug name, batch no, sale qty, expiry, and MRP before dispensing medicines - Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate handovers Qualification Required: - Minimum Qualifications: D Pharmacy/B Pharmacy with PCI - Technical Qualifications: Computer Knowledge - Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant experience - Ability to coordinate with staff and work effectively in a team - Proficiency in speaking the local language, along with understanding of Hindi and English - Experience in maintaining relevant registers Additional Details: Omit this section as there are no additional details of the company mentioned in the job description.,
