Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pharmaceutical Sales Professional located in Mumbai. The role involves engaging with existing and potential customers to promote and sell pharmaceutical machinery, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and offering tailored recommendations to meet customer needs. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, achieving sales targets, conducting market research, and identifying new business opportunities. The role requires extensive collaboration with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and support.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical machinery or pharmaceutical industry processes, with an understanding of sterile and non-sterile manufacturing workflows.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
  • Ability to conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities.
  • Self-motivated, result-driven, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field; additional courses in sales and marketing are advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development opportunities.
