As a Pharma Sales Executive at Dr.d Pharma, a leading pharmaceutical company, your responsibilities will include: - Lead Generation: Identify and target new sales opportunities through research, referrals, and networking. - Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including doctors, hospitals, chemists, and distributors. - Sales & Marketing: Promote our products to healthcare professionals through meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations. - PCD Franchise Sales: Identify potential franchise partners and expand our network in the PCD (Propaganda Cum Distribution) market. - Third-Party Sales: Develop new business opportunities through third-party manufacturing collaborations. Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales and marketing in a pharmaceutical company. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent negotiation and sales skills. - Ability to build and maintain client relationships. - Familiarity with the pharma industry and sales cycles. - Proven track record of lead generation, client building, and achieving sales targets. - Experience in PCD Franchise and Third-Party sales in the pharmaceutical industry.
