Pharma Purchase Manager

Lxir Medilabs Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Pharma Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities for our pharmaceutical product range. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in pharmaceutical purchasing and strong coordination skills with manufacturers and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end purchase activities for pharmaceutical products
• Coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers & vendors for rates, availability & timelines
• Raise purchase orders and ensure timely procurement
• Maintain purchase records, bills, and documentation
• Monitor stock levels and ensure uninterrupted supply
• Negotiate prices and terms to achieve cost efficiency
• Ensure compliance with company policies and pharma standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–5 years of experience in Pharma Purchase (mandatory)
• Experience in PCD / Pharma company preferred
• Good knowledge of pharmaceutical products & manufacturers
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic ERP/software systems
• Male/Female candidates both can apply
