As a Pharma Marketing professional at IM Diagnostic, your role involves developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our range of pharmaceutical products and services within the diagnostic healthcare sector. Your focus will be on building brand awareness, generating leads, and driving sales while ensuring strict adherence to regulatory guidelines within the pharmaceutical industry. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customer segments, perform competitor analysis, and stay updated on market trends within the diagnostic market. - Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns through various channels such as digital marketing, medical conferences, and physician outreach programs. - Build strong relationships with key healthcare professionals including doctors, lab technicians, and hospital administrators to educate them about our products and services. - Present complex scientific information about our products in a clear and concise manner to healthcare professionals. - Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels to generate sales opportunities. - Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide necessary marketing materials and support during the sales process. - Manage marketing budgets effectively and allocate funds across different marketing initiatives. - Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant regulatory guidelines and ethical standards within the pharmaceutical industry.
