Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Hyderabad. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, developing employee relations initiatives, and enhancing overall workforce management. Additional responsibilities may include ensuring compliance with company policies, addressing employee concerns, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Handle

  end-to-end recruitment

  for pharma and healthcare positions.
• Proven expertise in HR Management and HR Operations
• Strong knowledge of Employee Relations and HR Policies
• General understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and best practices
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to manage diverse employee needs
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in compliance and labor laws is an advantage.
