Grades: 6 to 10

Job Summary:

We are looking for a committed and skilled TGT Teacher who can effectively teach students of Grades 6–10. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create an engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:1. Teaching & Learning

• Plan and deliver interactive and structured lessons aligned with the curriculum.
• Use innovative teaching strategies, digital tools, and real-life examples.
• Conduct formative and summative assessments, classwork, and homework.

2. Classroom Management

• Maintain discipline and ensure a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Encourage active participation and collaborative learning.

3. Student Support

• Identify learning gaps and provide remedial support.
• Motivate students to excel academically and develop critical thinking skills.

4. Curriculum & Planning

• Prepare detailed lesson plans and teaching materials.
• Participate in curriculum development and academic planning.

5. Communication & Coordination

• Engage with parents regularly to update on academic progress.
• Attend PTMs, staff meetings, workshops, and school events.

6. Professional Development

• Participate in teacher training programs and stay updated with teaching techniques.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant subject.
• B.Ed. (mandatory)
• 1–3 years of teaching experience (preferred).

Job Description – PGT (Post Graduate Teacher)Position:

Grades: 11 & 12

Job Summary:

We are hiring a highly knowledgeable and experienced PGT Teacher to teach senior secondary classes (Grades 11–12). The candidate must have strong conceptual clarity, the ability to prepare students for board exams, and a passion for academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:1. Teaching & Instruction

• Deliver high-quality lessons aligned with senior-secondary curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/State Board).
• Ensure conceptual clarity and prepare students for board exams and competitive tests.
• Use modern teaching methodologies and digital platforms.

2. Student Development

• Conduct tests, assignments, and practice sessions for exam preparation.
• Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students.
• Organize subject-related activities, competitions, and enrichment programs.

3. Planning & Documentation

• Prepare lesson plans, question papers, and teaching aids.
• Maintain accurate academic records and student performance data.

4. Communication & Collaboration

• Regular interaction with parents regarding progress and improvement areas.
• Collaborate with other teachers and participate in departmental meetings.

5. Professional Growth

• Attend training sessions, seminars, and workshops to enhance subject expertise.
• Keep updated with changing syllabus, board guidelines, and teaching strategies.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in the relevant subject (M.A./M.Sc./M.Com.).
• B.Ed./M.Ed.
• 2–5 years of teaching experience (preferred).
