Position: PGT Science
Location: BDW International School, Shillong (Meghalaya)

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Science lessons in alignment with CBSE curriculum.
• Foster critical thinking, curiosity, and problem-solving skills among students.
• Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and examinations.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and share feedback with parents.
• Integrate modern teaching aids, technology, and laboratory work for effective learning.
• Participate actively in school events, academic planning, and co-curricular activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues for curriculum development and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Science (Physics/Chemistry/Biology) with B.Ed. (mandatory).
• Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary (CBSE) level preferred.
• Strong subject knowledge and effective classroom management skills.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and continuous learning.
