Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Postgraduate Teacher (PGT) in Postgraduate Teacher (PGT) in Physics to join our Senior School faculty. The ideal candidate will be adept in teaching Physics to Grades IX toXII as per the ISC curriculum, and contribute actively to the academic and co-curricular development of students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Physics to Classes IX to XII as per ISC guidelines.
• Prepare lesson plans in line with the curriculum, using innovative pedagogical approaches.
• Conduct assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment.
• Participate in school events, faculty meetings, and professional development programs.
• Coordinate with parents and academic coordinators on student progress and behavior.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Postgraduate degree
• B.Ed.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant teaching experience at senior secondary level (ISC/CBSE preferred).
• Excellent command of Physics Subject
• Familiarity with CISCE curriculum and examination standards.

Desired Skills:

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
• Technologically proficient – able to integrate digital tools in teaching.
• Passionate about science and mentoring young minds.
• A team player with a proactive attitude towards continuous learning.

Remuneration:

The salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience, as per institutional norms.
