Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a PGT Physics educator at GD Goenka Public School, Karkardooma, East Delhi. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering engaging physics lessons, developing educational materials, and fostering a positive learning environment. The PGT Physics teacher will be expected to guide students in understanding core physics concepts, assist in practical lab sessions, and track academic progress to ensure students excel.

The teach needs to be empathetic towards students and ensure high results in board exams.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of core Physics concepts, including topics such as Radiation and Theoretical Physics.
• Experience or expertise in Medical Physics and Physics Education is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective lesson plans and teaching strategies tailored to different learning styles.
• A Master's degree in Physics or a related field; a B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) qualification is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to explain complex topics in an understandable manner.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of prior experience in teaching at the PGT level is preferred.
