Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Experience Required: 2 – 5 years
Qualification: Master’s Degree in Mathematics (M.Sc.) with B.Ed.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Mathematics to teach senior secondary classes. The ideal candidate will have strong subject knowledge, proven classroom experience, and a passion for developing students’ analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver engaging lessons as per CBSE/State board curriculum.
• Design assignments, conduct assessments, and evaluate student performance regularly.
• Provide extra/remedial coaching to students who need additional support.
• Prepare students for board exams and competitive entrance tests.
• Maintain accurate academic records, lesson plans, and progress reports.
• Communicate effectively with parents on student progress and performance.
• Incorporate digital tools and modern teaching methodologies to enhance learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in academic planning and training sessions.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong command of Mathematics concepts for classes XI & XII.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies for diverse learners.
• Proficiency in using educational technology (LMS, ERP, digital teaching tools).
• Commitment to continuous professional growth.
