Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a PGT English position located in Palghar. The PGT English teacher will plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum, assess and evaluate student progress, and contribute to developing a positive and productive learning environment. The role also involves mentoring and guiding students, preparing lesson plans, and collaborating with colleagues for curriculum improvements and departmental activities.

Qualifications

Proficiency in English Teaching and demonstrated expertise in delivering effective classroom instruction
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage students and collaborate with team members
Knowledge of Translation skills for language-based activities and aiding students in learning
Ability to provide excellent student support and Customer Service in the education sector
Experience in training students to develop language skills and achieve academic success
Relevant teaching certification and a bachelor’s or master’s degree in English or related field
Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and technology in the classroom
Prior teaching experience at the secondary school level is preferred
