Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment, manage student behavior, and create a conducive learning atmosphere. Assessment and Feedback: Evaluate student performance through various assessment methods (assignments, tests, projects), provide constructive feedback, and monitor student progress. Student Support: Provide individualized support to struggling students, offer extra help, and guide students in developing their language skills.
