Position: PGT English

Location: New Heights School, Hardoi (UP)

Job Type: Full-Time

Joining: February End / March

Preferred: Female Candidates Only

Salary: As per school norms and experience

Key Responsibilities

Teach English to Grades IX–XII with strong conceptual clarity and engaging pedagogical methods.
Prepare structured lesson plans aligned with the CBSE curriculum.
Enhance reading, writing, grammar, and literature appreciation skills in students.
Conduct assessments, evaluate answer sheets, and maintain academic records.
Promote critical thinking, speaking, and communication skills through activities, debates, and literature-based sessions.
Ensure a disciplined, motivating, and inclusive classroom environment.
Use digital tools and smart-class resources effectively.
Participate in school events, staff meetings, training, and exam responsibilities.

Qualifications Required

Postgraduate degree in English (MA English).
B.Ed. is mandatory.
Strong command over spoken and written English.
Prior experience teaching Senior Secondary (CBSE) preferred.
