Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Post Graduate Teachers (PGTs) specializing in English, Mathematics, or Chemistry at Sunbeam School Mughalsarai. The PGTs will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality classroom lessons, creating engaging teaching materials, and assessing student progress through regular evaluations. Additional responsibilities include guiding students in their academic pursuits, organizing subject-specific activities, and collaborating with peers for curriculum development. Teachers are also expected to stay updated on educational best practices and support school-wide events and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in English Teaching and Communication for effective subject delivery
• Ability to use Translation skills and integrate them to clarify complex concepts when needed
• Proficiency in providing guidance and support through Training and mentoring practices
• Candidates with a Postgraduate degree in their respective subject (English, Mathematics, or Chemistry) and a B.Ed. are preferred
• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience at the Senior Secondary (PGT) level in a reputed CBSE school
• Excellent organizational and classroom management abilities
• Passion for teaching and inspiring students to achieve their maximum potential
• Familiarity with modern pedagogical methods and digital tools for teaching is advantageous
