Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Learning
Deliver engaging English lessons in grammar, literature, and language skills as per CBSE guidelines.
Develop lesson plans, teaching aids, and digital content for effective classroom delivery.
Foster a love for reading and writing through class activities, book reviews, and literary discussions.
Assessment & Evaluation
Design and conduct class tests, assignments, and formative assessments.
Prepare and evaluate question papers for examinations.
Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents.
Student Development
Mentor students in communication skills, public speaking, and creative writing.
Encourage participation in co-curricular activities such as debates, declamations, poetry recitations, drama, and essay competitions.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in English with B.Ed. (mandatory as per CBSE norms).
Minimum 2–4 years of teaching experience
Strong command over English grammar, literature, and communication skills.
Ability to motivate students and create an interactive classroom environment.
Strong classroom management and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
