Role Description

We are seeking a Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) for English at Hillwoods Academy, Preet Vihar, Delhi. This is a full-time, on-site position where the primary responsibilities include creating and delivering engaging English lessons to high school students, preparing lesson plans in accordance with the C.B.S.E. curriculum, assessing and grading assignments, fostering analytical and critical thinking skills, and supporting students' overall academic growth. The teacher will also contribute to school activities, provide guidance to students, and collaborate with staff to uphold a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in English Teaching and in-depth knowledge of the C.B.S.E. curriculum
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with students and colleagues
• Proficiency in Translation and ability to incorporate language nuances to enhance learning
• Skills in Training and providing constructive feedback to support student development
• Positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a passion for teaching
• Master’s degree in English and B.Ed. required; teaching certifications or additional training preferred
