1. Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) – Commerce

Position Summary:

The PGT Commerce teacher will be responsible for teaching senior secondary students (Classes XI–XII) in subjects related to commerce such as Business Studies, Accountancy, and Economics. The teacher will foster academic excellence while developing students’ analytical, entrepreneurial, and financial management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Commerce subjects as per CBSE/State curriculum.
• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and evaluation tools.
• Assess and monitor students’ academic progress, providing feedback and support.
• Guide students in project work, case studies, and practical applications.
• Prepare students for board examinations and competitive exams.
• Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and application-based learning.
• Participate in faculty meetings, training programs, and school events.
• Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s degree in Commerce (M.Com) with B.Ed (mandatory).
• Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience at senior secondary level preferred.
• Strong subject knowledge in Accountancy, Business Studies, and Economics.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Proficiency in ICT-enabled teaching.

2. Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) – English

Position Summary:

The PGT English teacher will be responsible for teaching English language and literature to senior secondary students (Classes XI–XII), with a focus on developing strong communication, comprehension, and literary analysis skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach English Core and Elective courses as per CBSE/State curriculum.
• Develop lesson plans that integrate literature, grammar, writing, and speaking skills.
• Prepare students for board exams and competitive entrance tests.
• Encourage reading habits, creative writing, and public speaking.
• Evaluate students through class tests, assignments, and projects.
• Foster appreciation for literature across genres and cultures.
• Guide students in debates, dramatics, and literary activities.
• Actively contribute to school cultural and co-curricular programs.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s degree in English with B.Ed (mandatory).
• Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience at senior secondary level preferred.
• Strong command over spoken and written English.
• Ability to engage students in creative and analytical thinking.
• Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and ICT tools.

3. Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) – Science

Position Summary:

The TGT Science teacher will be responsible for teaching science subjects (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology) to secondary school students (Classes VI–X). The teacher will focus on building a strong conceptual foundation and developing students’ interest in scientific exploration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Science as per the CBSE/State curriculum for Classes VI–X.
• Design and deliver engaging lesson plans with practical applications.
• Conduct experiments and demonstrations to enhance understanding.
• Evaluate student progress through assessments, assignments, and lab work.
• Prepare students for Olympiads, quizzes, and other science competitions.
• Encourage inquiry-based learning and critical thinking.
• Ensure lab safety and proper handling of equipment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to organize science exhibitions and projects.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science with B.Ed (mandatory). Master’s in Science preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at secondary level preferred.
• Strong subject knowledge in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
• Effective classroom management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and multimedia for teaching.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
