Key Responsibilities1. Academic Responsibilities

• Teach Chemistry to Classes XI & XII as per the CBSE curriculum.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and learning modules.
• Conduct practical classes, demonstrations, and ensure proper lab safety.
• Evaluate students’ performance through tests, assignments, and examinations.
• Prepare question papers, answer keys, and maintain academic records.
• Use innovative teaching methodologies, including digital tools and activities.
• Provide academic support to students preparing for competitive exams like NEET/JEE (if required by the school).

2. Classroom Management

• Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment.
• Monitor student attendance, behavior, and participation.
• Ensure a safe and supportive atmosphere in class and labs.

3. Lab Management

• Maintain Chemistry laboratory equipment and chemicals.
• Ensure proper documentation: stock register, breakage register, practical files.
• Follow safety protocols and train students on lab safety.

4. Student Support

• Provide individual guidance and doubt-clearing sessions.
• Track student progress and share feedback with parents during PTMs.
• Motivate students to participate in Olympiads, Science exhibitions, and projects.

5. Administrative Responsibilities

• Maintain proper documentation as per school policies.
• Participate in school events, assemblies, workshops, and faculty meetings.
• Assist in exam duties, invigilation, and evaluation work.
• Support school initiatives and contribute to overall academic improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s Degree in Chemistry from a recognized university.
• B.Ed. mandatory (as per CBSE norms).
• Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience at senior secondary level (preferred).
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.
• Familiarity with modern teaching tools (smart boards, digital content).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
