PGDCA Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver theory and practical sessions as per the PGDCA syllabus.
Teach core subjects such as:

Computer Fundamentals
Programming in C/C++
Data Structures
Database Management Systems (DBMS)
Web Technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Operating Systems
Software Engineering
Python/Java (optional)
MS Office / Office Automation Tools

Guide students on academic projects and assignments.
Prepare lesson plans, presentations, and training materials.
Evaluate and grade students through tests, assignments, and projects.
Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and extra classes when required.
Maintain attendance and academic records of students.
Keep up to date with current trends in technology and pedagogy.
Provide career guidance and support to students.
Collaborate with other faculty and staff for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science / IT / MCA / B.Tech (CSE/IT) or equivalent.
PGDCA certification (preferred).
Prior experience as a computer trainer or lecturer (minimum 12 years preferred).
Strong knowledge of PGDCA-related subjects and computer applications.

Skills & Competencies:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in programming languages like C, C++, Java, or Python.
Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively.
Classroom management and student engagement skills.
Patience and passion for teaching.
