Europe Dealer Invoice Creation and Verification

UG Fresher / 2 years or above, Graduate 1 year or above Previous Experience in Vehicle Related Activities (Preferable)

• Implement & maintain approved prices in Invoicing system so that dealer can generate the invoice

• Take responsibility to ensure timely and accurate generation of Intercompany & Dealer Invoices for vehicles sold & sourced in Europe.
• Develop pricing logics by referring to input documents and perform quality checks by verifying sample pro-forma invoices to ensure quality output.
• Report & notify the issues to the appropriate team on a timely manner
• Trouble shoot issues about logics, prices by working with upstream team
• Retest the mismatches in invoice after receiving confirmation from the respective team.

• Clear understanding of the request / inputs received from market.

• Updating the inputs in the system as per the target date provided by market.

• Analysing and development of rules to be set in the system.

• Troubles shooting in case of issues identified in internal/external audit, claims from dealers etc.,
