Personality Development Trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging training sessions focused on personality development, communication skills, and self-improvement.
• Evaluate and assess participants' progress through various methods, including classroom assessments and one-on-one mentoring.
• Utilize knowledge of child psychology to tailor training programs that meet the diverse needs of participants.
• Facilitate interactive workshops that encourage active participation and foster a positive learning environment.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to participants to help them achieve their personal and professional goals.
• Develop and implement training materials and resources that enhance the learning experience.
• Maintain accurate records of participant progress and provide regular updates to management.
• Collaborate with other trainers and staff to create a cohesive training program that aligns with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 to 6 years of relevant work experience in training, teaching, or mentoring.
• Strong skills in evaluation, assessment, and classroom management.
• Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
• Proficiency in child psychology and an understanding of developmental needs.
• A passion for teaching and a commitment to helping others grow.
• Ability to create a supportive and engaging learning environment.
