Job Title: Personality Development Trainer Location: Persona Institute of Intelligence scheme 103 kesar bagh road Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1+ year preferred Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Personality Development Trainer to help students enhance their soft skills, confidence, communication, and overall personality. The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging sessions, conducting activities, and monitoring the growth of students in both personal and professional aspects. Key Responsibilities: Conduct interactive and practical sessions on communication skills, body language, grooming, public speaking and confidence building Help students improve interview skills, group discussion participation, and workplace etiquette. Coordinate with academic counselors for student development tracking. Encourage a motivating and disciplined learning environment. Key Skills Required: Excellent communication and presentation skills in English Passion for teaching and mentoring young minds. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage students. Creative approach to training with real-life examples and activities. Preferred Qualifications: Graduation in any stream (Specialization in Communication) Certification in Soft Skills or Personality Development is a plus. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
