Personality Development Trainer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for conducting training sessions to enhance students" confidence, communication skills, grooming, and overall personality development. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct classroom training sessions focusing on Spoken English and Personality Development. - Create and deliver engaging lesson plans and activities tailored to individual student skill levels. - Provide training in soft skills such as interview techniques, presentation skills, public speaking, grooming, and workplace etiquette. - Administer assessments and offer constructive feedback to support student improvement. - Maintain student records, monitor progress, and motivate students to achieve personal and professional goals. - Stay updated with the latest trends and methodologies in language training and personality development. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential. - Bachelor's degree in English, Communication, Education, or related field (preferred). - Previous experience as a soft skills/personality development trainer is advantageous. - Strong presentation and interpersonal skills are necessary. - Ability to engage and inspire learners effectively. - Important attributes include patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for teaching.
