Role Overview:
We are hiring an experienced Personality Development Trainer who can mentor students in communication, confidence-building, soft skills, grooming, and workplace behavior. The trainer will conduct daily sessions and support students in becoming industry-ready.
Key Responsibilities
● Conduct engaging sessions on soft skills, body language, confidence building, and workplace etiquette.
● Improve students’ presentation, communication, and interview readiness.
● Monitor progress through weekly assessments.
● Maintain class discipline and adherence to daily attendance reporting.
● Work closely with the supervisor to maintain training quality.
Requirements
● Graduate/Post-Graduate preferred.
● 1–3 years of experience as a Soft Skills / PD Trainer.
● Excellent communication & presentation skills.
● Ability to engage and motivate students.
Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 4 months
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
