Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personality Development cum English Trainer located in Gautam Buddha Nagar. The trainer will be responsible for designing and conducting training programs, mentoring individuals on personality development, and improving English language skills. Day-to-day tasks will include creating customized training materials, conducting research, writing reports, and actively engaging with participants through social media platforms to enhance learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Personality Development and Training
• Strong Research and Writing skills
• Competency in using social media for educational purposes
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, Education, or related field
• Career Counselling also must be good
• Prior experience in training and development roles would be advantageous
• Salary between15000-25000 per month
