Fit Mechanism is an AI-Powered Coaching platform connecting clients with certified trainers across Hyderabad. We help you build your freelance brand with steady leads, training, and quick payouts.

Roles we’re hiring for (choose one per posting or keep all if broad):

• Personal Trainer / Fitness Trainer
• Yoga Instructor
• Zumba / Dance Fitness Instructor
• PE Teacher / Sports Coach
• Swimming Instructor

What you’ll do

• Conduct 1-on-1 home-visit sessions at client locations in Hyderabad
• Run demo sessions; onboard clients post-approval
• Plan programs: assessments, goal setting, progressive workouts
• Log sessions & progress in our platform/app
• Ensure client safety, form correction, and timely communication

Who succeeds here

• Certified trainers/instructors; freshers with valid certification welcome
• Strong coaching & communication skills
• Able to travel to client homes in your chosen areas
• Reliable, punctual, and professional

Preferred certifications (any one):

• Personal Training: ACE / ACSM / NSCA / ISSA / K11 / REPS India (or equivalent)
• Yoga: YCB / RYT-200/300 (or equivalent)
• PE/Sports: B.P.Ed / M.P.Ed / NIS (or equivalent)
• Swimming: STA / AUSTSWIM / SAI (or equivalent)
• CPR/First Aid (nice to have)

Work location: In person across Hyderabad (client homes & gated communities)
