About Vivafit

Vivafit is an international European fitness chain and Chennai’s first women-only gym, dedicated to empowering women through fitness, nutrition, and wellness. At our Madhanandhapuram center, we are looking for energetic and passionate Personal Trainers/Fitness Instructor to inspire and guide women on their fitness journeys.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions and group classes
• Perform fitness assessments and create customized workout plans
• Guide clients in safe exercise techniques and posture correction
• Motivate, encourage, and track client progress toward goals
• Work with physiotherapists and dietitians to align holistic fitness plans
• Maintain a positive, professional, and empowering atmosphere for members

Requirements

• Certification in fitness training (preferred, but not mandatory for freshers)
• Freshers and experienced candidates welcome (training support available)
• Passion for fitness and women’s wellness
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Energetic, self-motivated, and client-focused attitude
