At our Pammal center, we are looking for enthusiastic General Trainers who are passionate about fitness and committed to guiding women on their health journey.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct group fitness classes and assist in floor training
• Guide members on correct exercise techniques and posture
• Perform basic fitness assessments and support personalized plans
• Motivate and encourage members to achieve their fitness goals
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive workout environment
• Coordinate with personal trainers, physiotherapists, and dietitians for holistic member care

Requirements

• Certification in fitness training (preferred, but not mandatory for freshers)
• Freshers and experienced candidates welcome (training support provided)
• Passion for fitness and women’s wellness
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Energetic, approachable, and client-focused attitude
