Role Description

This is a full time on-site role of a Personal Secretary, located in Nagpur. The Personal Secretary will be responsible for providing personal assistance, executive administrative support, and clerical tasks. Day-to-day tasks will include managing schedules, handling communication, organizing meetings, and performing a variety of administrative duties to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Clerical Skills and Administrative Assistance
  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using office software and technology tools
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
