Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Nagpur, for a Personal Secretary at NAGPUR JOB DESK. The Personal Secretary will be responsible for providing personal assistance, executive administrative support, and clerical tasks. Day-to-day tasks include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, preparing documents, and performing other administrative duties as needed. The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
Clerical Skills and Administrative Assistance skills
Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Previous experience as a Personal Secretary or in a similar role is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is advantageous
