Office Administration: Manage schedules, appointments, and calendar coordination Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally. Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations. Organize meetings, including logistics, agendas, and minute-taking. Maintain office filing systems, both physical and digital. Assist with travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries. Support basic bookkeeping, expense reporting, and invoice processing. Serve as a point of contact for clients, visitors, and internal staff. Personal Support: Manage personal appointments, family schedules, and social engagements. Coordinate household tasks, such as liaising with vendors, cleaners, or maintenance services. Assist with personal errands, shopping, and gift purchases. Plan and organize personal travel, vacations, and family events. Handle confidential personal matters with the utmost discretion. Provide occasional support for family-related tasks or projects.
