Role Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Fitness Instructor to join our team at our Hasthinapuram and Kovilambakkam branches in Chennai. This full-time, on-site role involves leading group classes, conducting personal training sessions, and ensuring top-tier client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-energy group workouts (CrossFit, functional, strength training, etc.)
• Offer one-on-one personal training tailored to client goals and fitness levels
• Design and execute structured fitness programs with measurable outcomes
• Track client progress and make data-driven recommendations
• Provide consistent motivation and maintain an inclusive workout environment
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and upkeep of workout areas and equipment
• Stay updated with latest fitness trends and practices
• Deliver excellent customer service and contribute to Fika’s strong community culture

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in group fitness and personal training
• Certification in fitness training (ACE, ACSM, ISSA, NSCA, or similar)
• CPR and First Aid certified (preferred)
• Strong communication, client handling, and motivational skills
• Solid knowledge of functional training, mobility work, and strength programming
• Self-driven, team-oriented, and client-focused mindset
• Local candidates preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
