• 5 days working

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving queries through multiple digital channels.
• Support internal teams in operations, compliance, and risk management.
• Ensure accurate execution of client transactions within timelines.
• Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements, policies, and codes of conduct.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• 2 years + experience in international contact center (Voice Process Only)
• Strong problem-solving ability and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
• Graduate qualification required.
• Ability to work in a collaborative and compliance-driven environment.
