Personal Banker

As a Personal Banker at Barclays, you will play a pivotal role in managing operations within a business area, ensuring processes, risk management initiatives, and compliance with relevant regulators are maintained. You will take ownership of your work, ensuring alignment with rules & regulations and codes of conduct. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate across multiple digital channels to personalize each interaction with a customer. - Enhance the bank's digital capabilities when current technology is identified as not yet ready to support. - Provide exceptional customer service to clients by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and handling client requests efficiently. - Support internal stakeholders including sales, operational, and risk management teams to meet client needs and expectations, ensuring accurate and timely transactions. - Support teams within the business operations function as needed, including risk management, compliance, and collections. - Comply with all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to customer care. - Provide resolutions for customer queries/issues and personalize each interaction through the use of multiple communication channels. Qualification Required: - Excellent Customer service skills. - Strong experience in an International contact center. - Ability to communicate sensitive or difficult information to customers. - Build relationships with stakeholders/customers to identify and address their needs. - Must have a bachelor's degree.
