Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Banker at our Ambala Cantonment branch. The Personal Banker will assist customers with account openings, handle deposits, and provide exceptional customer service. The role involves delivering tailored financial solutions and offering guidance to meet customer needs, ensuring seamless day-to-day banking operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Personal Banking and providing financial solutions
• Knowledge of handling Deposits and Opening New Accounts
• Strong Customer Service skills to build and retain relationships
• Understanding of core Finance principles
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
• Relevant certifications or prior banking experience is preferred
