As a Personal Assistant (PA) to the Managing Director (MD), your role involves providing high-level administrative, secretarial, and organizational support. Your primary responsibility is to ensure efficient management of the MD's time and smooth running of business operations through effective coordination, communication, and task management. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the MD's calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements. - Handle confidential communication and correspondence. - Prepare reports, presentations, and documents. - Act as a liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders. - Organize office tasks and follow up on key actions. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role. - Excellent organizational and time-management skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office suite. - Discretion and confidentiality.
