Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the Director Generals schedule, meetings, and travel.
  • Act as the point of contact between the Director General and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and official documents.
  • Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions for high-level meetings.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Provide logistical and administrative support for events and engagements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration, Management, or related field).
  • Proven experience as a Personal/Executive Assistant or similar role (minimum 3–5 years).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
