Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact between senior management and clients, partners, and internal teams.
Manage the executive’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Draft, review, and manage correspondence, emails, and professional communication on behalf of senior management.
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting documents.
Coordinate with different departments and ensure timely follow-ups.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
Perform general administrative duties to support smooth business operations.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Management or related field preferred.
Prior experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and handle pressure.
Professional, discreet, and proactive attitude.
