Key Responsibilities:

Office Support

Manage daily schedules, calendars, meetings, and appointments.

Handle emails, phone calls, and official correspondence.

Prepare reports, presentations, and maintain office records.

Arrange business travel, conferences, and events.

Assist in office coordination and communication with clients, vendors, and staff.

Maintain confidentiality of all company and business-related information.

Personal Support

Assist with personal errands, bill payments, and household management.

Coordinate personal travel, holidays, and family events.

Handle personal correspondence and scheduling.

Maintain reminders for personal and professional commitments.

Provide overall support to ensure smooth day-to-day activities.

Preferred candidate profile

Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

Ability to multitask and manage both personal and professional tasks efficiently.

High level of discretion, integrity, and trustworthiness.

Problem-solving and proactive approach.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree (any stream, preference for Business Administration/Management).

3-5 years of relevant experience as a PA/Executive Assistant.

Freshers with strong skills and professionalism may also be considered.

Salary:

Negotiable, based on experience and skill set.
