Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Assistant located in Thrissur. The Personal Assistant will provide executive administrative support, manage schedules and appointments, perform diary management, and handle a variety of clerical tasks to ensure seamless daily operations. The role requires maintaining effective communication with internal teams as well as external stakeholders, managing correspondence, and assisting in organizing meetings and events.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance tasks
• Strong Communication skills, including interpersonal and written communication
• Experience with Diary Management and scheduling
• Proficiency in Clerical Skills, such as document preparation and organization
• Highly organized with strong time management abilities
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in office software and tools such as MS Office
