The Role

As an Executive Personal Assistant, your primary objective will be to maximize the productivity of the CEO. You will handle routine administrative tasks, manage daily workflows, and serve as a human alarm clock to ensure that critical daily submissions and corrections are completed on time.

This is a position for someone who excels at organization, technical literacy, and meticulous attention to detail. This position is created to increase the productivity of the CEO by undertaking those parts of routine tasks that can be performed without supervision using standard processes. We are currently looking for a disciplined professional to join our Head Office team, reporting directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily review of Google Workspace tasks and automation triggers to organize the CEO's workload.
• Act as a human alarm clock for the CEO, ensuring critical daily submissions, corrections, and deadlines are met without fail.
• Efficiently coordinate with the Leadership Team to align schedules and ensure smooth communication channels.
• Meticulously organize and maintain files in Google Drive; prepare official letters and emails using established company templates. Documents must be labelled as per company policy for quick access
• Facilitate tasks and compliance across various departments to maintain company standards and harmony.
• Maintain absolute discipline and discretion regarding all personal and official documents.
• Be aware all the time of company policies in performing the functions

What We Are Looking For

• Education

  : Graduate in Arts, Science, Commerce, or any relevant discipline.

• Experience:

  Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative or assistant role.

• Technical Literacy:

  High proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and experience with custom automation platforms.

• Communication:

  Good command of written and spoken English.

• Organizational Discipline

  : * Strong ability to judge priorities quickly and act independently.
• Highly disciplined regarding deadlines and finishing tasks on schedule.
• Commitment to complying with company guidelines, policies, and TKIs.

• Interpersonal Skills

  : Respectful approach to all stakeholders and a knack for building productive internal relationships within a performance-based culture.
• Inclination to take responsibility to deliver the intended outcome on deadline rather than passing the buck
• Quickly identify what needs to be done and start immediately
• Be alert to sense likely delays and take timely corrective action to control things
• Approach the right quarters for help quickly when faced with difficulty
